Kyle was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, to a family steeped in real estate. When he was just three years old, his family moved into a new home next door to the community’s model homes; most days, he could be found playing in the model homes and “helping” the sales team with open houses.
In 2011, Kyle moved to San Francisco to attend San Francisco State University, and once again found himself in the world of real estate when he began working for a boutique brokerage in the Sunset District.
In 2015, Kyle founded 49 Miles, a San Francisco lifestyle blog and guide for locals and tourists alike. 49 Miles took off with the help of its branded hashtag, #SFGuide, which has exploded with over 125,000 community-driven posts.
Following the success of 49 Miles, Kyle launched a travel and men’s lifestyle blog, The Cosmopolitan Man, where he shares his expertise on international luxury travel, dining, drinking, and style, and has worked with brands including Audi, Century 21 Department Stores, Framebridge, Hilton, Veuve Clicquot, and countless local brands, restaurants, and wineries.
